Heidi has been in mortgage lending since 1991. In 1995, Heidi was the founding loan officer of Spruce Mortgage. Since that time, she and her team have been the top producers at Spruce. They have a dedication to customer education and satisfaction which guarantees a smooth transaction from beginning to end. Heidi is currently President of the Board of the Vermont Mortgage Banker's Association and was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Vermont Board of Real Estate Appraisers. Heidi has received her Certified Mortgage Professional designation via the Vermont Mortgage Banker's Association. Heidi is also an active member of the Burlington Tennis Club in South Burlington. She is a native Vermonter and lives in Burlington with her husband and three daughters.
