| Jonathan Rodd comes to Spruce Mortgage in 2009 with 12 years experience as a residential mortgage lender. Previously, Jonathan worked for real estate investment companies in New York and Vermont, having been involved in real estate lending, management, investment, and development. He was also a partner at Earls Cyclery and Fitness, a bicycle retail business in Vermont. Jonathan earned a business management degree from NYU., and holds real estate brokerage licenses in both Vermont and New York State.
