paralegal in local area law firms. With
her combined paralegal experience, Laurie
is accomplished in all aspects of the
real estate transaction. Since joining
Spruce, Laurie has originated more than
1000 loans and has consistently been a

rates, and many repeat business clients.
As a native Vermonter, Laurie enjoys
the incredible natural resources the state
has to offer. During her spare time, she
can be seen skiing in the Green Mountains,
boating on Lake Champlain, cycling on
back roads, and spending time with her
