application. Providing this information at the time
of application will help us to provide you with prompt
service. Here is a checklist to help. This checklist
is also available a a printable form.
All applicants please provide the following:
_______ Most recent 30 days paystubs, showing year to
date income
_______ Most recent 3 months bank,s tocks, money market,
retirment statements
_______ Most recent hazard and property tax bill for
other real estate owned
_______ Divorce degree or separation agreement if applicable
_______ For gifts, please enclose gift letter, copy
of gift check, and deposit slip
_______ After sales agreement is signed, $375 check
to cover loan application (appraisal $300, processing
fee, $75)
Applicants with significant bonus, commission, or overtime
should also provide:
_______ Most recent 2 years tax returns, signed copies
Self-employed applicants, in lieu of pay stubs, please
provide
:
_______ Most recent 2 years income tax returns personal,
partnership, corporate, plus all schedules, signed copies
_______ Year-to-date profit and loss
If a new purchase, please provide:
_______ Copy of sales contract for the property you
wish to purchase
_______ Copy of the earnest money deoposit check(s)
_______ Copy of sales contract for the property you
are selling, if applicable
_______ 12 cancelled rent checks, or name, address,
and phone number of landlord
